When you book a transfer, we collect the information required to deliver the ride: your name, email, phone number, pick-up and drop-off, flight details (if any), and optional notes. We never collect financial information unless you pay through our website (currently disabled by default).

2. How we use it

Your information is used to confirm and operate your booking — that's it. We share only the necessary details with the driver assigned to your transfer. We do not sell, rent or trade your data.

3. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep your booking form state and prevent abuse. No third-party tracking is enabled by default.

4. Email

You will receive transactional emails: booking confirmation, reminders, and follow-ups related to your transfer. We do not send marketing email.

5. Data retention

Booking records are retained for accounting purposes. You can request deletion at any time by emailing our team.

6. Your rights

You can request a copy of, or deletion of, all personal data we hold about you. We respond within 14 days.
