1. Bookings

A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email with a reference starting with "AT-". Prices are inclusive of the standard route, vehicle, fuel and any tolls.

2. Cancellation policy

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup.
• Cancellations within 24 hours: 50% of the booking price.
• No-show: full price.

3. Punctuality

We commit to arriving 15 minutes before the requested pickup time. For airport arrivals we track your flight and adjust automatically — no extra charge for typical delays.

4. Luggage

Each booking includes the luggage capacity of the chosen vehicle. Excess luggage may require an upgrade — please contact us in advance.

5. Liability

All vehicles are fully insured and operated by licensed professional drivers. Our liability is limited to the value of the booking.
